Having Small Dotted Red Spots On My Glans Penis.

I am having small dotted red spots on my glans penis, with a little itching and tingling sensations. I only have sex with my wife. Even my wife is complaining of itching just below the clitoris, especially after urination. Am I into a big trouble here? Please suggest, Thanks in Advance

Sounds like an infection .you both need to see the doctor.it could just be a yeast infection and man that takes a long timee to clear up if you both have it.
