Hello ma'am and welcome.

The bump could be due to various conditions. As herpes and folliculitis like factors have been ruled out, other infections or wart causing conditions need to be ruled out. It would be best to visit a doctor and get physically examined first as this would help in narrowing down the list of causes.

In the meantime, avoid sexual contact in all forms. Hope this helps.

Best wishes.
