Having Sore Bump On Forehead After A Hit, Black Eye And Swelling. What Should I Do?

Hi, lost balance going downs stairs and hit my head on the door jam at bottom really hard, it is still too sore to touch, i have slight headach still, black eye and still some swelling, should i have gone to doctors and got an xray done??? Thanks, Mel...

hello.sir thanks for the query

usually.after head injury there could be collection under scalp called subcutaneous hematoma similarly under eye causes blackeye...should.resolve in a week time...any black eye big enuf to cause obstruction to ur vision shuld require medical attention...pls a consult a near by surgeon that woulf be advisable...
