Having Spotting. Had Unprotected Sex. Having Nausea And Sore Breasts. Pregnancy Test Negative. Why Do I Feel Like This?

Last month April 4th I had unprotected sex .. He did let loose in me & I was on my last day of my cycle .. But the month before April I didn't get my period at all! Today I realized some cramping and figured maybe I got my period ESP since I've been looking out for it because of what happened. I noticed when I used the bathroom that my blood was light pink very light pink then later in the day it got a lil darker but still spotting. My period flow I get like bloodclots .. Heavy flow. Prior my period I've been feeling very tired.. Overwhelmed .. Nausea & been having sore breast & nipples. Took a early test says I'm negative but I'm why am I feeling this way?

Hi,
Thanks for the query.
The chance of pregnancy is some what less as you had intercourse at the last day of your periods.
But as your cycles are irregular we cannot completely exclude the possibility.
Sometimes urine pregnancy test kits may not detect early pregnancy, so you wait for few more days and repeat the test or go for blood test for pregnancy.
Meanwhile you can take symptomatic treatment.
