Having Stressed Life, Heart Palpitation. Dreamt Of Heart Attack. Should I Be Concerned?
Hello, I am a sixteen-year-old young man that just woke up from a terrible dream. I dreamt I had some sort of heart attack . It felt almost like my heart would explode in the dream, but I woke up and there was no pain at all. There has been a lot of stress daily in my life, ( overweight as well) and sometimes my heart palpitates because of this... so I guess my question is: Was the pain real, and should I be concerned? Thank you, Greenwood
I understand that you had a terrible night that you can remember very vividly. With all the stress going on in your life it is not impossible to understand that you had a sleep problem this last night. We call it nightmares. Palpitations are mostly due to stress. However you should consult with a cardiologist before taking the expert advise of a psychiatrist who is most certainly the one to treat your problem. I hope this helps. Also doing regular exercise, maintaining a schedule, doing yoga, pranayama helps with the process of panic attacks.
Take care and have a good day !
