Having Swollen And Sore Lips, Face, Numb Feeling On Right Side. What Could Be This?

Hello this morning i woke up and the top right hand side of my lip was very swollen and sore and white spots filled with clear liquid - gradually throughout the day the right side of my face has started to get sore and the right side under my chin - now my right side of my face is starting to feel numb - what could this be - i dont get cold sores

Hi
It is Herpes labialis,a viral infection caused by Herpes simplex .
It is self limiting.
It occurs when the immunity becomes low in conditions like fever.
If they are severe,you should use Acyclovir tablets.Use anti inflammatory drug also.
They will come down.
Nothing to worry.
