Welcome to Healthcare-Magic
Greetings of the day

It could likely be due to intermittent torsion of testis, there is intermittent twisting and detwisting of the spermatic cord, when ultrasound is done it may show normal vascularity. Proper scrotal support may help.

It is unrelated to habit of masturbation.

Get back to me if you have any other query

Take care
