Having Throat Pain, Fever And Bodyache. Did Gargles. Medication Other Than Antibiotics For Recovery?

Hi Doctor, This is Mohit and I am 25 tomorrow . I have a throat Pain yesterday Morning, then it turned into Fever and Bodyache, i took Nicip 250 Mg tablet from Cipla. i was well today morning, but my throat is still paining, i drink lot of water, i did gargles also , Please suggest me some Tablet which is not antibiotics abecause its picking fever and little uneasy i am right now.. Thanks in Advance..

you seem to be suffering from viral fever, take paracetamol 500 mg thrice a day along with saline gargles
