Having Tonsilloliths, Bad Breadth, And Heart Burn. Treatment?

Hi! Dr Nasari, i have a problem with tonsils stones and bad breath, accompanied with a very bad case of heart burn, i tried seeking help from doctors here(in Botswana, Africa) but they say its normal for your body to excrete tonsils stones, but my case its different its like i have them every week, and the case of bad breath is embarrassing.
how do i get rid of tonsils stones permanently because i cannot live like this?
by the way this happen when i eat food with fibre, i do not know how but that is how my body react, and they give me a very painful heart burn.

I read your query regarding chronic tonsillitis and recurrent stones along with bad breath and retrosternal burning.

As per your complaints you are suffering from chronic tonsillitis with tonsillolith. This pathological condition of tonsils can be cured by surgical removal of tonsils (TONSILLECTOMY ). As this can't be cured by conservative treatment with medicines and the tonsils with stones are more prone for developing QUINCY , again a very painful condition and sometimes lands on emergency.
