Having Trouble While Reading For Long A Time, Suffering From Ocular Myopathy And Double Vision.

Suffering from occular Myopathy since last 10 yrs.sometimes double vision.cannot read for more times.But if i close my one eye,there is nosuch problem.will you help me with valuable advise.Thanks

Hello
It seems from the history that you are having problem in reading and double vision.
Double vision is because of ocular myopathy because of restriction of the extraocular movements. The treatment of the condition is by treatment of the myopathy.
Prism correction can be done to reduce the diplopia till the underlying myopathy is treated.
