Having Uneasiness And Tight Feeling In Chests. Normal ECG, X Ray And Blood Tests. What Could This Be?

Hello

I am having chest tightness and uneasiness. Use to happen only at night but now is happening all the time. Not pain but heart feels like it's sinking or skipping a beat. Had an ECG and chest x ray all are normal. Blood normal. What could be causing this?

Kindly get an echo and ECG when you feel heart is throbbing or skipping a beat. You can also consult a cardiologist to be sure
