Having Unprotected Sex To Have A Baby, But Still Having Periods. What Could This Mean?

I've been having unprotected sex with my boyfriend for about 6 months now. Trying to have a baby, I've been having off and on period cramps maybe 2-3 times since last week and I'm bloated, extremely moody and my breasts feel larger than normal. I don't expect my period till the 30th of this month (may) and I had it on the first of may... What could this mean?
