Having White Pimple On Testicle.

I have a white pimple on my left testicle until recently it didnt hurt, is this serious?

Hi.. There are plenty of glands over the scrotum.. And that may be the cause for the pimple to arise.. It is not of concern now.. However, you may have to watch over it.. Report to the doctor if you find any other changes on it.. Changes such as increase in the size of it, developing redness and pain and so on has to be reported...
