Hay Fever, White Lines Around Iris, Itchiness, Fungal Keratitis Eye Infection. Why Is It Happening?
Hey there. I am 17 y.o and I suffer from hayfever. I have lately been recognicing that I have white/clear lines along my iris. It's not a complete ring, but the lines are spread and they follow the shape of my iris. It also itches a lot, but I'm not sure if this is due to my allergies. I've done a bit of research, and I've been reading about arcus and fungal keratitis eye infection. I'm not sure if it's arcus as it's most common among elders. It would be really nice if you could help me figure this out.

Hi, Thanks for using HCM.
You are suffering from hay fever, the chances of other allergic manifestations are more like allergic conjunctivites, allergic rhinites, dermatites. The lesion you are getting around iris is due to allergy. You can take eye drops with antihistamine and also steroids. Consult your opthalmologist for examination and management.Hope I answered your question. Feel free to ask me if you have any further queries. Wish you good health. Take care.
Regards Dr. Lohit
