Haziness Noted In Lower Zone Paracardiac Region. CP Angles Are Free. What Does It Mean?

faint area haziness noted in both lower zone paracardiac region. Rest of the lung fields are clear. Cardiac size is within normal limits. Both of the diaphragm are at normal level. Both the domes of the diaphragm are at normal level and show normal contours. Both CP angles are free. The bony thorax is normal.

Impression:
Faint area of the suspicious haziness in both lower zone paracardiac region right, left, possibly?

In view of history of cough clinical correlation is suggested.

The faint area haztness bilaterally in the paracardiac region coul be pads of fat if rest of the lung is normal. But in view of the history of cough it is suggested that you get a Ct Chest done to rule out any pathology and consult a pulmonologist.
