Head Ache, Eye Pain, Nausea, Blurred Vision. Reason?

Hi...I woke up this a severe pain in head on the right side with extreme pain in eyes also. I could not sleep, and felt very nausea tic and blurred vision . However now after few hours i m feeling better except for a little heaviness in head. What could be the reason? I have never felt this much of headache which has woken me from sleep.

Difficult to predict as there are plenty of reasons for this kind of headache. The two most common causes are
1. Aneurysm in head
2. Migraine

You should get a CT scan head done. If there is anything serious then it will be evident.
