Head Hit On Wall, Having Pain, Bump, Bruise, Headaches, Dizziness. Is It Concussion? Medication Required?

A few days ago I hit my head on a wall and desk repeatedly for fun and now I have a hard bump and bruise at the point of impact . It s pretty tender and hurts to touch. I also have had slight headaches and some dizziness almost constantly since this happened. What is wrong? Is it a concussion? Do I need to see a doctor?

Hi
The symptoms that you have mentioned can be due to trauma.
Superficial swellings,bruise will disappear in course of time.
Internal injury is ruled out by CT scan of skull.
IF you have any doubt,get it done and be free.
Consult a neurosurgeon and proceed.
Please do not neglect.
