Head Hit Other Person While Playing. Become Disoriented, Seeing Dark Spots, Tingling In Fingers. Solution?
I hit my head playing basketball. Not on the floor, but i hit it on the body of another person. I immediately became disoriented and was seeing dark spots along with having pain and tingling in my fingers. This occurred yesterday and I am no longer disoriented or seeing spots, but my fingers and the back of my hand still hurt and are tingling.
After reading your query, it seems that you might have suffered from concussion injury. It usually takes few days to weeks for full recovery. Proper rest helps in fast recovery.
There might be a possibility that due to the impact, your neck muscles might have strained resulting in tingling sensation and pain in your hands.
You can take painkillers like Ibuprofen twice daily after meals along with an antacid like Omeprazole 40 mg once a day.
If the problem persists or if there develops new symptoms, you should seek medical attention and get a scan of your head done.
I hope this is helpful to you. Thanks.
