Head Jerked And Nose Gushing Blood After Accident. Can I Wait For Urgent Care?

I was in an automobile accident today and when the other vehicle hit mine my head jerked forward and my nose starting gushing out blood and didn't stop for 1 1/2 hours. It has stopped, but I threw up and the outer portion of my nose is now sore. My attorney told me to go to Urgent Care but I am weak, have no one to take me to Urgent Care and am planning on going tomorrow morning. Is it okay to wait until tomorrow morning to go to Urgent Care?

Hi sir, you might be having nasal trauma with or without nasal bone fracture. Thats why you have bleeding from nose. You can wait till tomorrow morning for treatment.
Till then you take pain killers for pain, don't blow your nose, u may have bleeding.
Sleep in supine position, dont bend down.
You can use some decongestant droos for the nose to prevent bleeding. Keep some ice over the nose if bleeding is severe. Dont worry u will be fine by 3 days.
