Head Pressure Behind Head, Nasal Congestion, Yellow Mucus. Treatment Options?
My head hurts like I feel pressure in the back of it & my nose is really clogged & I have yellow mucus . Also I m having yellow mucus. I got sick a few weeks ago, but it wasn t as bad as this. Also, I was in better physical shape a few weeks ago then I m now. I started my football workout again earlier this week & was mainly out of shape. I m 5 9, weigh 160lbs & am a 17-tr old guy. Please help me, thank you.

The highlights of your problem are headache and feeling of pressure at back of the head. Besides your nose is clogged with yellow colored mucus.
You need to get culture and senstivity of the yellow mucus. Culture will identify the micro-organism causing the infection and sentivity will identify the most appropriate antibiotic to which the micro-organism will respond.
The headache may be associated with the infection affecting the nose.
Is there is associated fever. If yes, you can take an anti-pyretic.
Feeling of weakness may be associated with the same problem.
Consult your doctor for clinical examination, investigations and management.
