Head, Tailbone Hit On Falling. Headache, Tenderness, Swelling Above Groin, Bruise On Back, Elbow. How Will It Heal?

Hi, I fell very hard on back my side onto street pavement. I don't quite remember exactly how I landed. My head hit the pavement causing instant headache & bump, right side toward top. Very painful. I iced it immediately. My tailbone hurt as well. But my head hurt so much, didn't pay attention to my back. Few hours later, I started feeling pain in my left lower back and side. Even more pain, soreness, pulsating pain & tenderness just above my left groin. The area is also swollen. Seems to be near ovaries. Hurts very much to sit, walk even laying down. I am in tears. I have a bruise on my back left side, and left elbow. So I imagine when I hit the ground, the left side took the brunt of the fall. I have no health insurance presently. Also, taking care of my 87 year mom who has dementia, and cannot be left alone. I am her only caretaker. Is there any advise for me?
