Headache, Acidity, Heartburn, Yellow Vomit. Want Remedy

I am suffering from frequent headaches. I also have the problem of acidity right from my childhood. Due to acidity, I have heart burning sensation and when this heart burn increases, the next day early morning, when I vomit, I find yellowish liquid coming out. That day, I am sure of getting severe headache. The next day onwards, the heart burn sensation and headache reduces to some extent and I feel relaxed for 2-3 days till the acidity gets accumulated and this is routine process. Please suggest me some remedy for this problem of acidity and headache.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

With regards to headache: I'd suggest to measure your blood pressure (BP), record the results and pass them to your physician.

With regards to the acidity, I'd suggest to consult with a GI specialist to start any probable treatment.

Meanwhile, I'd suggest to

- eat often, slowly and little portions

- have your dinner at least 4 hours before going to bed

- avoid spicy, chillie foods, fatty, marinated or fried foods.

- consume more water and less carbonated drinks

- avoid smoking or drinking alcohol

Hope it helped!
