Headache, Diarrhea. Had Nausea, Back Ache And Congested Nose Earlier. Food Poisoning Or Flu?

Hi there! 2 weeks ago I woke up with a headache and experienced a short bout diarrhea . The headache lasted the remainder of the day but the next day I was fine. 2 weeks on I m experiencing the same thing, except it s lasted for 3 days - headache, nausea, diarrhea plus very achey back, neck and shoulders and a congested nose (blood in mucus ) this time. I m not sure what it could be - mild food poisoning or flu? Any advice gratefully received. Thanks!

Dear sir/madam

It appears to be flu like symptoms which is caused by viruses and bacterias, it might be of any type.. if it is viral which will happen in most of the times..

Only the treatment recommended is to take symptomatic.. use antipyretics, analgesics and nasal decongestants, watch for few days..
