Headache, Dizziness, Blurred Vision, Loss Of Balance, Tingling Sensation In Feet. Cure For Symptoms?

For the past few weeks a have been experiencing headache in front part of my head, when that happened I get dizzy and my vision gets blurry. When I lean down ( to pick things of the floor) get up to fast or move my had to fast the pain is very intense and comes with dizziness and loss of balance
Additionally I have this tingling sensation in my feet.

Thank you for posting your query.

Your symptoms need to be evaluated by a neurologist. You also need a detailed clinical examination. Following this, you may require an MRI brain to be done. This would confirm the cause of your symptoms.

Possibilities include migraine, brain ischemia (lack of blood flow to brain) and a demyelinating illness.

As of now, there is no need to worry.
