Headache, Dizziness, Ear Pressure, Head Stiffness, Chest Heaviness. Given Scopolamine And Benadryl. Is It Due To Seasickness?

I am a healthy 65 yr olf female. About 7 weeks ago I had a headache that then went into being dizzy for a couple of days, then had sea sick like symtoms. Went to Dr. took scapalamine, helped w/ dizzyness. that's past. Now have ear pressure, feelings of head stuffiness, & the past few days, chest heaviness. I've been to ENT Dr & no sign of infection. Benedryl helps occ. but still just feel very tired. So, what's up?
