Headache, Dizziness, Fainting, Memory Loss, Pressure In Ears. CT Scan And MRI Normal. Can You Help?

Hi, I haven't been well since September, symptoms are headaches,dizziness, fainting,memory loss and blood and pressure in ears. I've had a cat scan and MRI scan both were fine. Seen ent consultant and my ears are fine now I'm experiencing swollen lymph nodes on the right side of my head and my scalp is driving me mad with itching can you help as I'm so fed up of going doc, thanks

go ahead with thyroid test , endocrine consultation , u have not mention ur age may me senile dementia , alzihmer disease, or migraine
