Hi i have been having headache and feeling drowsy of late i have been feeling pain in the extremities of arms and feel energyless I dont feel doing any work any suggestion

TAKE REGULAR TIMELY FOOD AVOID OILY FOOD .TAKE1 TAB LET OF DISPRIN IN WATER(DISSOLVE IT IN WATER) AND DRINKIT.
FOR EXTRA ENERGY IF TESTS ARE NORMAL DIABETONE PN DAILY ONCE
