hello and welcome,
the headache and fainting you experience can be due to several factors-low blood pressure level, increased blood sugar level, migraine etc.
get a complete blood invetigation.
bleeding gums are due to gum infections or gingivitis.
it is due to accumulation of plaque or food debris in your teeth.get professional cleaning of your teeth.take doxycycline tab.100mg-once daily for 3 days.this is to make your gums firm and resilient.
use chlorhexidine mouthwash to gargle after brushing your teeth.always use soft-bristled toothbrush.
hope you get well soon.

Hi,
I have read your problem. See, bleeding from gums is caused by gingivitis, peridontitis(inflamation of gums)If you feel headache, fainting, go for blood test. sometimes, it is due to weakness also. For bleeding gums, go to your dentist and ask him/her for scaling(teeth cleaning). And visit your physician an tell him/her about your other problem.Everything will be going fine, don't worry.

WISH U GOOD HEALTH.. TAKE CARE

Dear friend.

Thanks for sharing your concern.

please do not be worried.

It appears from your symptoms that you might have gingivitis. That is inflammation of gums.

This happens due to local factors like calculus deposition and plaque adherance.

Therefore please visit your dentist and get scaling(cleaning)done once.

please do not relate it with cancer. There are many many more symptoms for cancer.

Hope it helps.

Thanks.

Take care.

Hi,

Thanks for asking the query,

According to your clinical symptoms i suspect that you are suffering from gingivitis, this can be due to poor oral hygiene, plague and calculus deposition, stress, nutritional deficiencies, blood disorders.
