Headache, Feels Dizzy, Pain, One Eye Blackout. Cause?
I became very dizzy, had a headache and throughout my body I had a dull pain, then my left eye started to black out, and I could only see out of half of it, after a couple minutes it became completely blind, after about a half an hour the sight came back and my entire body felt completely fine, the headache was gone as well. What do you suppose happened to me?

It seems from the history that you had blackouts of vision with ddizziness and headache.
This indicates transient ischaemic attack. The common causes are hypotension, atherosclerosis affecting the carotid arteries....
Transient ischaemic attack needs to be evaluated and treated to prevent complications.
Hence I advice you to consult your doctor for examination and treatment accordingly.
