Headache, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting. Given Toradol Shot And Tylendo. Done CT Scan And Spinal Tap. Is It Lymes Disease?

on 7-3 i went home from work with what i thought was a mirgaine, the maxalt melts that i normally take didn't help it. It continued to the next day and 3 maxalt melts later. on 7-4 i went to locate ER, I was running a fever (102.4), nausea and vomitting, and still had headache.. They gave me a toridol shot, w/phenigran along with 975gm of tylendo, sorry about spelling. then sent me home, back to ER next day same problems this time 1 liter of fluid, phenigran and motrin and tylendo again. 7-5,6 I just took motrin & tylendo for fever, the headache was still there. So on 7-7 i could not take it anymore. This time i had a fever of (103.6), headache, nausea & vomitting. They need Chem 12, urine, CT of my head and that was all good.. So they did a spinal tap, which was good also. 2 liters of fluid and several Dilatid shots that only took the pain in my head way for about 45 minutes. then it was back full force. On monday i started having swelling in legs, feet and toes, I went to see family doctor on tuesday 7-9 he did blood cultures, mono, and lymes disease. on wednesday lab work showed sed rate was up and CRP also up. so i did a BNP it was 125, so they ordered a echo cardiogram for tomorrow. I did take 3 - Lasix pills over the weekend. they are starting to go down.. I am so unsure as to what is wrong, i am feeling so better. I am taking Doxycillian and 800gm of motrin 3 times a day. Doc said today that if it is not lymes, then he thinks it is polyarthirist. WHAT DO YOU THINK???

Hi
Thank for choosing HCM,, If your blood culture turn positive of Lyme disease then there is no question arise for other deferential diagnosis, because Lyme disease does not have some typical clinical symptoms, on the basis of clinical manifestation difficult to diagnose the "Lyme". have good day.
