Hi, I'm 18 weeks postpartum and have been having mild headaches, lightheadedness, nausea, and fatigue for several days. Within the past 24 hours my stomach seems to have gotten really bloated, like im two months pregnant. I'm not sure what's going on. Definitely not pregnant. Still nursing and no re-emergence of my period. Could this be really bad PMS?
