Headache, Lightheaded, Nausea, Fatigue, Bloating In Stomach. 18 Weeks Postpartum. PMS?

Hi,
I'm 18 weeks postpartum and have been having mild headaches, lightheadedness, nausea, and fatigue for several days. Within the past 24 hours my stomach seems to have gotten really bloated, like im two months pregnant. I'm not sure what's going on. Definitely not pregnant. Still nursing and no re-emergence of my period. Could this be really bad PMS?

Hi, welcome to Health care magic forum.
You are post partum 18 weeks, Still breast feeding, Now you are having head ache, light headed ness, nausea, and fatigue, stomach bloated,
There is a possibility of having periods, when still feeding the child.
The symptoms appear to be due to some infection of perineum, urinary tract infection, or some other infection.
Avoid taking more spices, junk foods, or oily foods.
