Headache, Losing Balance, Weird Speech, Shooting Pain In Right Thumb, Nausea. What Could Be This?
I have been having headaches for the past month almost every single day. The pain will either be located on my forehead in a certain spot or it will be on one side of my head and it will either have shooting pains or fill with pressure. I seem to be focused on my walking or I feel off balance. My speech is sometimes weird, I mix up words a lot. I now have been getting shooting pains in my right thumb every once in a while which the pain is extreme. Along with the headaches I feel either dizzy or very naushes.
Your problems have surfaced for the last month and you have started getting headaches and feel a loss of balance whiole walking along with occasions when you mix up words.
The above symptoms require detailed neurological examination. Please consult a neurologist and they may ask you to get CT scan or MRI scan of brain.
If your scan is normal, your neurologist may refer you to a psychiatrist.
A psychiatrist will take complete history of your problems and offer you the right guidance.
Hope this helps.
