Headache, More Vaginal Discharge, No Periods After Having Unprotected Sex On Birth Control. Is It Normal?

I had unprotected sex December 2nd and my partner ejaculated inside me. Even though I am on birth control and havent missed a pill in months, I was still scared bc I had just started my white pills (The ones you take when your period is supposed to come) and I have read on the internet that once you stop taking the active pills there is a risk of an egg. So I ran to a pharmacy and got the morning after pill called postinor 2, I took the first one immediatly and the second one 20hrs later.
My last period was Nov 7th to 11th and I was supposed to get it dec 5th but so far nothing has come, I have experienced headaches, more vaginal discharge than usual, and I feel like I have a fever but not quite sure.
My question is if its normal for my period to be late? Should I continue taking my birth control as usual even if I dont get my period or wait untill I get it? What are the chances of pregnancy?
Pleasee answer, it is really urgent .
