Headache, Neckpain. Given Clonidine, Phenobarbital IM, Ativan, Clonidine, Remeron, Robaxin Are These Safe?
Friend was given following within 11 hour time frame and need to know if safe. Only one dosage is known. 11:33am - Clonidine for BP and Phenobarbital IM, 2 hrs later Ativan, 90 min later Clonidine, 4.5 hrs later Clonidine, Ativan, Remeron, 30 min later Robaxin for neck pain, 30 min later 8mg Robaxin for headache and neck pain, hour later 8mg more Suboxone. Is this safe?
