Headache On Left Side Only, Nausea And Dizziness. Treatment?
On Monday, I experienced a bad headache on the left side only, nausea, dizziness to the point where all I could do was just lie down. The nausea and dizziness has subsided but the pain in the left side of my head persists. I also experience stomach pain but not sure it's related since it's that time of the month for me. Anyway, I am very concerned about the headache.

It sounds to me like migraine attack which can be associated with nasues,vomiting and other somatic symptoms. Also it can be felt only in one side of head. Also it can be neuralgia(facial or trigeminal). In every case you should take nonsteroid painkillers, avoid noise and stress. lay and rest in dark room till pain subside. If smyptoms persist you should visit neurologist for further tests and treatment. WIsh you good health.
