Headache Over A Week, Swollen Neck Lymph Nodes. Taking Medication, Not Improving. Recommendations?

Daughter, 15, has had a headache for over week now, have taken over the counter sinus meds, Advil, and Imitrex, nothing helps. Went to the chiropractor today for an adjustment, nothing was out of place but did notice her neck lymph nodes were swelled. Did a sinus rinse tonight and both sides flowed freely, no blockages.

Neck lymph nodes are not a good thing to happen. U are lokking at some serioue hidden infection or something more serious of a tumour like thing. So i suggest u better get to a docot in person, start some good antibiotic for ur daughter. If with in a weeks time she does not improve get an MRI neck, a Mantaux and an MRI neck.
