Headache, Pain In Right Hip, Right Side Of Neck. History Of Abortion. Treatment Options?

My head been hurting for few days. After my abortion for 1 or 2 weeks, i washed my hair. My mom said that i can t wash my hair after a month. Now my right hip is hurting for a while, is that okai? I ve been sitting at computer for sometimes, so my right neck is hurting, can you tell me what to do to take care of my body?

thanks for your querry
it is natural you lose a lot of blood during abortion leading to anemia. better take some oral iron preparations after blood test for anemia
also you take paracetamol+ diclophenac preparations fer prompt relief of your pains.
