Headache, Pain Under Ribs, Feeling Sick After Having Food, Lower Back Pain, Acne, Missing Periods For 2 Years. Any Ideas?

hello, my name is Stephanie and im 22 years old. Im just wondering why im having these symptoms and i never had them until this month. i was wondering if u can help me because i went to 3 different doctors and they cant help with these symptoms. the symptoms that i im having heads aches every day, bloody noses, pain under my ribs, every time i eat something i feeling sick, having pain in lower back, bad acne, my body temperature is always hot and then get cold in 10 mins, i havent had my period for over 2 years,and always tired lately?

Thank you for the query.
I have gone through your query and understood your concerns. At your present age you are experiencing more than other young and for that dont be tensed much as for every problem there is solution and that solution will be found once you have done some investigations. If you were my patient then I will advice you to check for harmonal profile,thyroid profile and ultrasound abdomen. And I will treat accordingly based on the cause. As symptomatic treatment I will suggest tab.pantaprazole 40mg od for 10 days, tab.bcomplex od,syp.dexorange 5ml bd. As these are the prescription drugs you can consult your treating doctor for more advice and investigations and it will be better if you consult a gynecologist for this.Thank you.
