Headache, Posterior Nosebleed And Regurgitated Blood Stained Mucus. Is This Something Serious?
I am thoroughly scared for my life. I may be getting dramatic, but this morning, while in school, I experienced a posterior nosebleed, and I regurgitated multiple globs of a mixture of mucus and blood, and now, I feel a bit of a headache. What should I do? Should I be scared? No blood came from my nostrils. It all just went back.
Hello there! Epistaxis is a very common and innocuous issue, Stop worrying and see the otorhinolaryngologist to rule out etiology for it. What ever the etiology comes out to be, it will be benign and easily treatable. Hold your horses. 17 years is too young to be worried . The worst case scenarios will need little intervention totally safe.
