Headache from past 7 days suggests that it is due to mainly a tension headache. Muscles would be put into contraction and this results in pain. Can be eased by following a proper posture during sleep and work. Use of muscle relaxants is the last resort.

Ayurvedic treatment- se that you haveproper sleep,Second in present climate try to avoid sour,spicy,fermented,stale food because it will aggravate it,even though your head ache persists visit your family doctor.
