Headache, Runny Nose, Nasal Congestions, Sneezing, Achy Eyes And Neck. Should Go For Treatment?
i have a headache , runny nose and some nasal congestions, sneezing, achy eyes and back of my neck is achy also. do you think i should see a doctor or treat is as a cold with OTC medicine?

You are suffering from Hay fever that is Allergic Rhinitis. Don't worry as it is not something which is serious but taking OTC medications would be of no help.
Pay a visit to a ENT Specialist and get yourself examined so that proper medications can be prescribed depending upon the severity of your condition.
