Headache, Upset Stomach, Vomiting, Depression. Taken Krimson 35 For PCOS, Scanty Periods. Suggestions?

Hello,
Due to scanty menstruation and PCOD, I have been prescribed by my doctor a medicine name - Krimson 35, which I have been taking since 1st day of my cycle. And today is tenth day.

since yesterday I am having various problems like HEADACHE,NAUSEA,GASTRIC UPSETS,VOMITING,DEPRESSIVE MOODS. I hope these all not because of the medicine. If, yes? What should I do?

Please help.
