Headache, Urge To Vomit, Chill, Running Nose, Teary Eyes. What Could Be The Cause?
i now feel headache (right temple area), an urge to vomit , chill, running nose , teary eyes now im at work and all i can do is to drink a lot of water. What could be the cause of this doctor and kindly give me some advice how to treat this case thank you

you seem to be having sinusitis
sinusitis is a condition where the air spaces in the skull
are infected
the headache and running nose with teary eyes may indicate this too
and vomitting can happen in sinusitis too
i would suggest x ray pns waters view
to confirm the diagnosis
start steam inhalation and warm saline gargles
confirm the diagnosis
meet a dr too
because headache, fever,and vomitting may be a due to meningitis too
which should be ruled out by an actual dr too
