Headaches And Migraine. Diagnosed With Bell S Palsy. Is There Any Link Between Bell S Palsy And Headaches?

Hello, I was diagnosed with Bell's Palsy about a week after I turned 12 years old. Since then, and especially throughout high school, I have suffered horribly from all types of headaches and migraines. I have seen countless doctors and have been given countless treatments and prescriptions, all to no avail. Is there any connection between bell's palsy and the headaches and migraines?

Hello,

Thanks for the questions

Before I respond to your question let me tell you that Bell's palsy is one of the causes of facial palsy. Other causes of facial palsy could be related to brain infection/tumor etc. If some has these problems headache could be there along with facial palsy. Secondly your headache and facial palsy may not be related. You may consult a local neurologist and get re-evaluated. A physical examination will clarify the picture better.
