Headaches At Same Time Starting From Forehead To Sides Of Nose . What Is Causing This

Hello, my name is Joanna, 38 yrs. old and I've been having headaches at the same time everyday for the past couple of months. They occur at around 10:30 am everyday and starts from my forehead to the sides of my nose and would continue for 2-3 hrs. I take 400mg ibuprofen to ease the pain and they work well but I don't want to get hook on ibuprofen. It's so frustrating I can't concentrate at work. Can u pls tell me what's causing this? I was diagnosed with sinus infection and was given antibiotics but i dont understand why it doesnt go away and occurs at the same time everyday. Can you pls tell me what this is?
