Headaches, Fever, Fever. On Betahistine Dihydrochloride. Relief?

Hi,I am having a head ache for 3 days.from yesterday I got fever upto 99.7,to day also slit fever,no cough,no night sweat.
Head ache as if I am wearing a metal fram on my head.when standing from the seated place it is more

Went to doc and gave me betaserc-betahistine dyhydrocloride 24 mg .r time par day which of no relief

Hi,

Your history is consistent with mixed headache ( headache secondary to fever plus postural hypo tension headache because of dehydration).

You should consult family physician for clinical examination and evaluation.

Blood pressure also to be checked.I treat my patient with naprosyn , fluid correction ,and antipyretic .There is no role of betahistine for headache relief
