Headaches, Forgetful, Dizzy, Nausea, Exhausted. Should I Be Concerned?

for the last 6 to 9 months i have been having bad headaches . I have been to the Dr. for the headaches and was treated for Migraines. However, now i am very forgetful, nauseous, dizzy, and feel extremely exhausted. I feel like my head it too heavy to hold up like my neck is not strong enough. Just feel really strange. Should i be concerned??

Hello
It seems from the history that you are having headaches associated with nausea, dizziness...
All these symptoms are indicative of primary headaches like migraine.
This requires treatment by the use of antimigraine drugs.
But since you are also complaining of forgetfulness, neck pain this requires examination by a physician to rule out other causes and treatment accordingly.

Thank you
