Headaches, Gradual Increase. Taking Medication. Worry?

Dear sir,
I have one side headache for 7 days.
in beginning it was very slow but after
gradually it is increasing and now it has been severe for me. before I had never headache
but now I am worried. please give me some suggestions for taking medicine and any exercise. please ... I shall be grateful to you.

Hi,
If you have had a headache for 7 days and this is unusual for you then you should see your doctor for further examination and investigation. You may need an MRI scan. In the meantime take paracetamol and ibuprofen for pain control.
