Headaches, Nausea, Nosebleeds, Tiredness, Excessive Sleepiness. History Of IBS, Asthma. Treatment Options?

Hi, I m a 19 year old girl with IBS and Asthma , which are both under control. Over the last month I ve been having headaches and been feeling nauseous. I ve started to have nosebleeds, once every two weeks, I have excellent blood pressure . I ve also been feeling really tired, sleeping for 10.5 hours and feeling like I could sleep longer. Please advice?

Take Tab.Deriphylline 1BD ,
Churna - Triphla 1 tsf with worm water at night.
