Greetings of the day

It's perfectly normal to have such symptoms and attribute all the physical problem to previously sustained injury. It's erection related problem are psychological. De-stressing yourself by having a well balanced diet, plenty of oral fluids, good sleep and meditation will help.

Wishing you speedy recovery

Take care
